“Perhaps in 100 or even 10 years these principles will be completely obvious to all citizens. But today they need our common support - as well as those people for whose benefit they are directed ”, - this is how the authors explain the idea of creating the document.

The Declaration is addressed to specialists of different professions who provide services to people with mental disabilities in different spheres of life.

The initiators of the creation of the Declaration invite everyone to take part in the work on the text of the document.
